Don’t let all the ingredients scare you off! This is worth the effort. Break this down into its three parts: the mashed sweet potatoes, the orange syrup, and the pancakes. For the easiest breakfast, make the mashed sheet potatoes ahead of time. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Make the Orange Syrup ahead of time and do the same. With these two parts already done, the rest is easy.
