24 oz. cansgreen chiledrained (can use frozen–thaw and drain)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Whisk the eggs in a bowl until blended. Add baking powder, salt, white pepper and milk; whisk until combined. Add cream cheese and whisk it in. Stir in the Monterey Jack cheese, cottage cheese and green chile.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until set (internal temperature should be 170F).
Cool for 10 minutes and cut into squares.
Note: this recipe will make 12 individual quiches. Use a 4-ounce ladle to fill each quiche dish.
