3/4cupmacadamia nutsraw unsalted, toasted, then coarsely chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter until softened and creamy. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Beat until mixed and smooth.
Add flour mixture and mix on low speed just until blended,
Gradually add coconut, chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Blend until well mixed.
Roll into 1-inch balls or scoop using a #40 scoop. Place several inches apart on baking sheet.
